Fragments #2
Not everything has to be complete.
Fragments are small experimental works where ideas are explored without the expectation of becoming a finished painting. They are places to test colour, composition, texture and mark-making, allowing intuition to lead the way.
Some remain exactly as they are. Others quietly find their way into larger works, carrying with them the beginning of something yet to unfold.
Dimensions: 31 H × 31 W × 2.5 D cm
Surface: Wood panel
Materials: Created using layered mixed media including acrylic paint, spray paint, graphite, wax crayon, oil pastel, coloured pencil, chalk and collage.
Finish: Satin varnish
Framing: Ready to hang / framed in Walnut stained Meranti wood.
